2. Eligibility

Our Services are designed for children aged 3–18 and their parents, guardians, and educational institutions. Users under 13 must have parental or guardian consent. Schools and institutions agree to these Terms on behalf of the students they enrol.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• You may not share your account with others or use someone else's account
• One account may be used for a single family; schools must use institutional accounts

4. Permitted Use

You may use our Services for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may:

• Read, watch, and interact with content for your own or your child's learning
• Download content for offline use where that feature is provided
• Print NCERT worksheets for personal or classroom use

5. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Redistribute, republish, or sell any of our content
• Use automated means to access or scrape our Services
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our applications or platforms
• Upload harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content through any user-generated content features
• Use our Services for any commercial purpose without written permission
• Circumvent any access controls or security measures

6. Intellectual Property

All content created by Chey.in — including articles, illustrations, app interfaces, and branding — is our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.

LearnChey curates YouTube videos. Those videos remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. We provide access under YouTube's standard terms of service.

7. User-Generated Content

Where our Services allow you to submit content (such as gameplay videos to PlayChey's community), you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display that content within our Services. You retain ownership. You are responsible for ensuring any content you submit does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.

8. Third-Party Services

Our apps are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, subject to their respective terms. LearnChey accesses YouTube content, which is subject to Google's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party platforms.

9. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is". While we work hard to ensure accuracy and quality, we make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or suitability of our content for any particular purpose. Educational outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chey.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of jurisdiction applicable to Chey.in's registered location.
