By creating an account, downloading our applications, or using our Services in any way, you represent that:

  • If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms

2. Description of Services

Chey.in provides educational technology products and services:

2.1 StudyChey

A multimedia digital magazine application for Android and iOS, providing educational content including but not limited to articles on History, Science, Mathematics, Stories, Games, Science Experiments, Crafts, and other educational materials. Content is updated on a weekly basis.

2.2 PlayChey

An e-commerce platform (website and mobile applications) for purchasing physical educational products such as board games, puzzles, and educational toys. The platform also features instructional video content related to these products.

2.3 ScoreChey

A testing and assessment platform (website and mobile applications) that provides a digital OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) style interface for students to practice tests based on physical textbooks and question papers they possess.

2.4 LearnChey

An educational platform (website and mobile applications) featuring curated playlists of educational video content from third-party sources, organized into structured courses and learning paths.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Accounts for Children

For users under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction):

  • A parent or legal guardian must create and manage the account
  • The parent or guardian assumes full responsibility for the child's use of the Services
  • The parent or guardian must provide consent for any data collection as outlined in our Privacy Policy

  • Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access our Services without our express written permission

The Services and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof) are owned by Chey.in or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial educational use, subject to these Terms. This license does not include:

  • Any resale or commercial use of our Services or content
  • Any derivative use of our Services or content
  • Any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of a third party
  • Any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools

5.3 Third-Party Content

LearnChey includes curated links to educational videos hosted on third-party platforms (such as YouTube). This content is owned by its respective creators and is subject to the terms and policies of those platforms. We do not claim ownership of any third-party content.

5.4 User Content

If you submit, upload, or post any content to our Services (such as reviews, videos, or feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content in connection with our Services.

6. Purchases and Payments (PlayChey)

6.1 Product Orders

When you place an order for physical products through PlayChey, you agree to provide accurate payment and shipping information. All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by us.

6.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping costs or applicable taxes, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

6.3 Payment

We accept various payment methods as displayed on our platform. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

6.4 Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary based on location and shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

6.5 Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy for physical products is available on the PlayChey platform. Digital products and subscriptions may have different refund terms as specified at the time of purchase.

7. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

7.1 Subscription Terms

Some of our Services may require paid subscriptions. Subscription terms, including pricing and duration, are displayed at the time of purchase.

7.2 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. You can manage your subscription through your account settings or app store account.

7.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

7.4 Free Trials

We may offer free trials for certain Services. At the end of a free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

  • Any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
